Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Automatic Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel their booking and receive a full refund automatically through their account on the site up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour date and time.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour are eligible for a 50% refund due to staff time allocation.

2. Weather-Related Rescheduling

• For cancellations or changes due to adverse weather, please email us at contact.ryaanlouis@gmail.com to reschedule.

• Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for automatic refunds through the website.

3. Liability & General Protections

• We are not responsible for travel delays, personal accidents, or injuries incurred during tours.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at any time for safety, operational reasons, or inappropriate behavior.

4. Applicability

• This policy applies to all tours offered through the site, including private, group, and special experience tours.
